Material:
1. The “100% solid wood” mentioned on the page refers to the wood parts excluding hardware and accessories (metal, glass and other non-wooden parts), and does not contain artificial boards or veneers.
2. The main material is imported North American cherry wood, which has elegant wood grain, delicate feel, is not easy to crack, and has a warm color that deepens over time.
3. The auxiliary material is imported Thai rubberwood, which is made by finger-jointing. This is conducive to uniform stress release and is less prone to deformation, expansion and contraction, and cracking. It is used for handles/base frames.
4. The auxiliary material is imported New Zealand pine, which has good toughness, stable properties, light weight, straight grain and few knots, and is used for drawing dark horizontal/upper back horizontal/middle back horizontal.
5. The auxiliary material is paulownia wood, which is corrosion-resistant, wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, does not deform, and is not easy to mold. It has been the material for bellows rods since ancient times and is also a famous ancient Chinese musical instrument wood used for drawer boxes and back panels.
Advantages of solid wood: simple and natural, healthy and environmentally friendly, sturdy and durable.
Paint:
1. Uses Zhancheng odorless paint, open-pore spraying. After four coats and natural drying, the original wood grain and texture are preserved to a greater extent, making it natural and environmentally friendly.
2. The closed-aperture lacquer finish has a delicate gloss, is healthy and environmentally friendly, and offers more color options for solid wood, helping to create a healthy and stylish home.
