Material:
1. The “100% solid wood” mentioned on the page refers to the wood parts excluding hardware and accessories (metal, glass and other non-wooden parts), and does not contain artificial boards or veneers.
2. The main material is imported North American black walnut wood, which has rich and varied patterns, few knots, and no mold, making it a luxury wood.
3. Two types of auxiliary materials are used:
The first auxiliary material is New Zealand pine, which is used for the seat frame panel; it has good toughness, stable properties, light weight, straight grain and few knots.
The second auxiliary material is Okoume wood, used for the back frame, the back crossbar of the seat frame, the inner side of the seat frame side stretcher, and the middle bridge; the wood grain is natural straight grain, without flaws, knots, scars, or marks, and feels delicate, smooth, and textured to the touch.
4. The seat cushion is made of: sponge (D32/12cm+7cm thick) + white goose feathers + doll cotton.
5. The backrest interior is made of: sponge (D20/upper backrest thickness 11cm; lower backrest thickness 23cm) + white goose feathers + doll cotton.
6. The interior of the handrail is made of: sponge (D32/9cm thick) + white goose feathers + doll cotton.
7. The fabric is genuine leather + PVC on the contact surface - black/dark green; no need to remove and wash.
8. Seat cushions/backrests/armrests - readily available.
Paint: First, apply an environmentally friendly, odorless paint as a base coat to give the furniture better waterproofing, oil resistance, and stability. Then, apply a layer of plant-based wood wax oil for protection.
